Commonwealth Club Membership Application

The Commonwealth Club, a private wing of the ,
is a limited membership dining and meeting facility providing the appropriate
environment for business and social entertaining.
As innkeeper, I take pleasure in inviting you to become a member.

TYPE OF MEMBERSHIP

Individual Membership - Fee $75 (Husband & Wife may sign)

Corporate Membership - Fee $150 (Includes 3 Members, $15 each additional)

NOTE: All members are billed monthly and all bills are due upon receipt. After 30 days each account will be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance. If the account is turned over to an attorney for collection, the signer agrees to pay all costs of collection including attorney's fees of 25% of the bill.
