SCOPE OF WORK:Provided construction management services for the development
of the $33,000,000 facility. This upscale retiremnet community includes 213 residential
units, commons building, and a nursing wing offering both sheltered and skilled care.
Berks Ridge also served as the General Contractor for the Villas and one apartment
building valued at $8,014,000.
