Meet & Tour:

Our goal here is to find out when you will be in town on a scheduled visit prior to your final move. We will arrange with you to take out some time to do a "Pre-Search" tour of the area. This tour will primarily be to familiarize you with the locale, including:

• Major Roads & Routes
• General home types in different areas
• Shopping availability
• Public Transportation (if necessary)
• Schools
• Restaurants (You know...Where to find the best Philly cheesesteak etc...)

We will also provide you with a highly detailed map book of the area for notes and future reference.

When we are finished with this phase, we hope to have you familiar enough with this area to begin narrowing your possibilities. Dager & Dager's goal is to be familiar enough with your wants and needs at this point to do the same. Hence, we are ready to make up our "plan of attack".
